Upon delivery, the “zero focus” position is calibrated so that the viewing window’s “0” aligns with the scale ring’s “0”.

✅At +8, the focus is positioned approximately 8mm inside the nozzle.

✨Zero Focus: The focus is on the surface of the workpiece, suitable for general material cutting. Produces smooth surfaces and high processing efficiency.
✨Positive Focus: The focus is slightly above the material surface, typically used for carbon steel cutting. The kerf is wider, gas consumption is higher, but perforation is stable.
✨Negative Focus: The focus is below the surface, ideal for stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and other metals. When combined with high-pressure shielding gas, it effectively reduces dross adhesion and ensures clean, precise cuts.
